EAFO has the right to stop accepting application for any category of registration (Competitive & Non-Competitive) anytime without advance notice.

The online participants will be provided access to only the theory parts of the course.

Special Offer for UG & PG Students (Residents), PhD Scholars
UG & PG Students (Residents), PhD Scholars can now take advantage of Highly subsidized registration including 5 nights’ shared accommodation & meals starting from 19 500 INR.
To Qualify

Confirmation of Student/PG (Resident)/PhD Scholar status – a certificate from your institution, scan or photo of a valid student ID card.

Upload Copy of passport through the registration form.

Signed Attendance Policy & Obligation Agreement (to be sent by email after registration).

Register and Pay not later than Wednesday, September 20, 2024 (23:59 Moscow time).

Registration Fees are valid only if paid by the participant, other individual or participant’s Institution. Not valid if paid by any non-commercial or commercial entity including pharmaceutical or medical industry
Travel Expense Reimbursement for Accepted Abstracts, Pathology Cases and ECRC Research Proposals
(The applications must be submitted before the deadline of 30 September, 2024 – until 23:59 Moscow time)
Participants whose Abstracts, Pathology Cases or ECRC Research Proposals are accepted will be considered for partial reimbursement of travel expenses (20–75% of ticket price paid, but not more than 20 000 INR) after the event. Ticket copy should be sent to travel@eafo.info not later than 30 September 2024.
Registration & Accommodation: Terms & Conditions

The registration packages that include housing, provide 5 nights accommodation exclusively from 03—07 October 2024. i.e. The nights included in the package are not changeable. If you require additional nights before or after, the rates will be provided on request, based on availability.
(The rates per bed per night are priced between 3,000.00 INR and 17,000.00 INR)

Extra-Subsidized Registration (Competitive – Minimum 10 Seats) Those who want to make use of this category – doctors and students under the age of 40 will be selected based on competitive applications. To learn more about this, click here.

All categories of Extra Subsidized and Subsidized Registration Fees are valid only if paid by the participant, other individual or state-run or not-for-profit employer. Not valid if paid by any non-commercial or commercial entity including pharmaceutical or medical industry.

If registration fee is paid by a non-profit organization that is not the employer of the concerned participant or any other legal entity, including the pharmaceutical or medical industry, the full tariff specified as "Sponsored Participants" will be applied.
Registration & Accommodation: CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Registrations can be cancelled till 23:59, Moscow Time on 10 September 2024 with a 10% administrative fee deducted (90% refund). Otherwise, a substitution with another participant will be possible on payment of 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations till 23:59, Moscow Time on 20 September 2024 will get a 50% refund inclusive of administrative fee. Otherwise, a substitution with another participant will be possible on payment of 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations will not be possible after 20 September 2024, however a substitution with another participant will be possible on payment of 10% administrative fee.

The substituting participant should be proposed in written to travel@eafo.info by the already registered participant and the new participant has to fill in the registration form online. EAFO does not take any liability for any transactions made between the participants concerned.

Food: Breakfast, Lunch, Tea, Coffee and snacks on all five days, two dinners(welcome and farewell, tentatively on days one and five); other three evenings, food, snacks, tea, coffee will be available till late evening for the participants remaining on-site for individual and group interaction with the faculty

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS (Residential)
The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons sharing accommodation with participant would be 25 000 INR/person. Accompanying person/s will share the same room (with Double or Twin bed) with the participant. The type of room will be based on participant's preferences and availability. In case of more than one accompanying persons, different room type or additional rooms can be booked.
Registration for this category includes meals (Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners including Social dinners & Closing Ceremony) similar to those provided for participants, but does not grant access to conference halls except during closing ceremony.
Visa invitation will be provided if required, for participants and accompanying persons from abroad. Any courier charges that may be incurred, if Original Invitation Document (in exceptional cases) needs to be sent to the participant or Russian Embassy/Consulate will be payable separately.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS (Non-Residential)
The Registration fee for Accompanying Persons without accommodation would be
10 000 INR/person .
Registration for this category includes access to two Social Dinners & Closing Ceremony. Accompanying persons will not have access to conference halls except during closing ceremony.
Visa invitation will be provided if required, for participants and accompanying persons from abroad. Any courier charges that may be incurred, if Original Invitation Document (in exceptional cases) needs to be sent to the participant or Russian Embassy/Consulate will be payable separately.
