The registration packages that include housing, provide 5 nights accommodation from 24—29 July 2024. if you require additional nights before or after, the rates will be provided on request, based on availability.
(The rates per bed per night are priced between 3,000.00 ₽ and 17,000.00 ₽) -
The categories of Subsidized Registration*, Students and Doctors under 40 and Participants above the age of 40 are only valid if paid by the participant, other individual or state-run or not-for-profit employer. Not valid if paid by any non-commercial or commercial entity including pharmaceutical or medical industry

Shared accomodation will be provided on a twin or triple sharing basis

For accompanying persons (25,000 RUB): should be registered under this category and will be provided with the same breakfasts, lunches and dinners like the participants, without access to the conference halls. In addition, visa invitation will also be provided if necessary.
